Everything you achieve in life, including your relationships, is a reflection of how you see yourself and what you tell yourself.
All your success, victories and “failures” can be tracked back to what you believe about yourself and what you inner self talk sounds like.
This can either propel you forward in motivation and confidence or keep you stuck in fear and self doubt.
It determines not only how you feel, but also how you live your life.
Ask yourself:
Do I feel in control of the direction I am heading, or more like someone else is in the driver seat most of the time, and I just have to follow?
Am I living a true and authentic life, or am I often abandoning myself in order to please others?
Do I believe I can achieve what I want to in life, or do I tell myself that I will never succeed and I am not good enough?
And do I believe I can be loved in spite of all my imperfections and even on a bad day… or do I believe that I have to work hard and never show my vulnerability, in order to be loved?
No matter what you believe, the good news is, that you change that.
You can become aware of what’s holding you back and reprogram your brain on purpose.
You can break free from the pattern of negative, self limiting thoughts,
and start feeling confident and capable of creating the life you want.

Hi there, I’m Lærke,
I am a certified Lifecoach, and I help you change how you feel about yourself and what you believe you are capable of. I teach you how to build a strong and healthy confidence and self esteem, and how to be more true to your values and goals in life, even when it means saying no to others or committing yourself to achieve something challenging.
I help you reprogram your thoughts an beliefs and I tech you a method to coach yourself, so you can continue beyond our time together.
I help in the following areas:
Love life - confidently getting yourself out in the dating arena (maybe after years of singledom or a long relationship), or improving a current relationship, where you might not feel secure or you struggle to not lose yourself.
Other relationships - ex overcoming social awkwardness, setting healthy boundaries with family, improving communication skills and navigating conflicts.
Lifestyle - changing stubborn habits, choose a healthier life and crack the code to making it happen, even if you've tried and didn't succeed in the past.
Career - build your confidence so you can stop feeling invisible and like its always someone else who gets the credit from you work. Be courageous and speak up so you can get to the next level.
As I have a background in a scientific environment, it’s important for me to use coaching tools that have been demonstrated to work, so I use cognitive psychology based coaching.
Together we will work on solving the problem from the root cause, and not just covering up the symptoms. I help you find the unconscious beliefs and programming that keeps you stuck or prevents you from creating what you want in life.
Most of what I teach will benefit other areas of your life, because it's changing the way you see yourself and your possibilities in life.

6-12 weeks with a possibility to prolong.
You can also opt in for a solution with daily support, where you can reach me in between sessions for additional coaching.
